ECN vs DMA vs STP vs MM Forex Broker

What is the difference between ECN, STP, MM and DMA?

I have tested very much Brokers. Some of them where good, others where not very good. 
At the moment i am very happy with Tradeview Forex and Activtrades.

I got the best live result with all my FX EAs with Tradeview Innovated Account. This VIP-Account did have untill 31. May only 1000 USD min. Deposit, normaly 25.000 USD! Spread incl. commision EUR/USD: 0.55-0.65 Pips!

Stoplevel is 0. Other Brokers like FXCC XL have 10 pips or more as stoplevel.
